Teaching Style: Educational, Technical, and Detailed while bringing my personality to each session.
Specialities: Myofascial Release, Pre/postnatal, Rehab, herniated disc and lower back pain
Education: Pre/postnatal Certified, TRX Certified, very knowledgable in weightlifting, Calisthenics, foam rolling and PNF Stretching
Mission: To get people feeling good in their own body, for confidence and everyday mobility. My focus is to ensure I show my clients how to better their lives with the knowledge they begin to possess with every sessions/classes to function correctly. Understanding your body will help prevent injuries to aim for a pain free life, whether you’re living that now or want to prepare yourself for any possibility. My mission is to alter the perception of Pilates in your mind from “I have to” to “it’s time to” into the everyday part of your routine. I’m a pilates instructor with a lot of personality and energy. I am lucky enough to say that for a living I have the privilege of providing a service that rejuvenates people back to a healthier life style.
