The YBP Philosophy
JOY
We believe movement should feel good, not punishing. You may forget the exact exercises, but you’ll never forget how you felt in class: supported, energized, connected to your body, and sharing a few laughs along the way. Joy creates consistency, and consistency creates change.
COMMUNITY
We believe in building real connections through movement. Our studio is a welcoming, supportive space where people come to move, breathe, laugh, and feel seen. Community is at the heart of everything we do because we’re stronger together.
WELLNESS
Wellness is more than a workout; it’s how you move, recover, and care for yourself long-term. We prioritize safe, thoughtful programming that supports strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Our goal is to help you feel better in your body, both inside and outside the studio.
INCLUSIVITY
This is a space for all bodies, all genders, and all levels of experience. We meet you where you are and honor that everybody has a different story. You don’t need to look a certain way or move a certain way to belong here (!).
QUALITY
We offer high-quality, intentional Pilates rooted in classical principles and informed by modern movement science. Every session is thoughtfully programmed, clearly instructed, and purpose-driven. You’ll never get random movement; only work that makes sense for your body.
